About JB
I didn’t start with a plan. I started with a problem.
I got into business at 19. Not because I was ambitious. Because I didn’t have another option. The economy collapsed, the safety net disappeared, and the only path forward was to figure it out on my own.
That experience shaped everything. I learned early that the difference between businesses that grow and businesses that stall almost always comes down to one thing: whether the person running it can see the real problem. Not the surface-level symptom. The actual thing underneath.
That’s what I do now. I help people see what they can’t see when they’re too deep inside their own business. I’m not the smartest person in the room. But I notice things. I connect dots. And I can usually understand what someone is trying to say before they finish explaining it.
